PEANUT CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups 3 Dragons Asian Peanut Sauce
3 cups Cooked Chicken, cut into 1” cubes
1 cup Celery, diced or Bok Choy
1/4 cup Carrots, slivered
1/2 cup baby Corn
1 cup Peanuts
DIRECTIONS
Warm sauce in large pan.
Add chicken to pan and stir until heated through.
Add celery or bok choy, carrots, baby corn and peanuts.
Serve over rice or noodles
