SPICY TERIYAKI FLANK STEAK FAJITAS

3 Dragons Spicy Teriyaki Flank Steak Fajitas

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ cups 3 Dragons Spicy Ginger Teriyaki Sauce

1 ½ - 2 lbs Flank Steak

1 Onion, vertically sliced

1 Green Pepper, cut into strips

1 Red Pepper, cut into strips

1 Yellow Pepper, cut into strips

12 Flour Tortillas

Cooking Oil

Sour Cream, Salsa, Guacamole

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix meat and 1/2 cup sauce in large zip-top bag. Marinate for at least 1 hour.

  2. Lightly sauté green peppers and onion in oil and set aside.

  3. Heat grill and cook flank steak for 5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

  4. Slice meat thinly across the grain and serve with warmed tortillas, onions, peppers, and remaining sauce.

  5. Garnish with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
