TERIYAKI CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup 3 Dragons Sweet Ginger Teriyaki Sauce or Spicy Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
2-3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast (can also use chicken thighs, or beef as well)
DIRECTIONS
Place meat with teriyaki sauce in a large zip-top bag.
Marinate for 1-4 hours, flipping the bag over halfway through the marinading time.
Discard the excess marinade from the bag. Grill or broil meat for 10 minutes on each side or until done.
Cut meat into strips, drizzle with additional warmed sauce and serve over rice.
