3 DRAGONS FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp 3 Dragons Sweet Ginger Teriyaki Sauce or Spicy Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
2 cups cold cooked rice
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup bean sprouts (can substitute or add chopped vegetables like peas, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms)
2 green onions, sliced
2 eggs
1/2 cup cooked meat (chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, tofu) diced
DIRECTIONS
Scramble the eggs separately in a pan and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, place a small amount of canola oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking. Heat over medium-high.
Add the rice, green onions, bean sprouts, meat and eggs and stir constantly until the rice is hot and well mixed.
Add in the salt, pepper and Teriyaki Sauce and stir well. Serve hot as a side dish or simple main entree.
