PAN ROASTED SPICY GINGER SCALLOPS
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups 3 Dragons Spicy Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
2 lbs Scallops
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Oil
Parsley (Optional)
DIRECTIONS
Heat oil in non-stick pan and add scallops.
Add scallops to pan and sear for one minute on each side.
Add 3/4 cup Spicy Ginger Teriyaki Sauce to pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Transfer scallops to serving plate and drizzle with additional warmed sauce prior to serving. Garnish with parsley.
