JAPANESE STRIP STEAK

3 Dragons Sauce Japanese Strip Steak

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup 3 Dragons Sweet Ginger Teriyaki Sauce

3/4 cup 3 Dragons Citrus Teriyaki Glaze

1 1/2 lb Strip Steak

2 tbsp Oil

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place steak and Sweet Ginger Teriyaki Glaze in large zip-top bag. Marinate 2 hours.

  2. Prepare grill. Rub both sides of steak with oil, salt and black pepper.

  3. Grill 5 minutes per side for medium, or to desired doneness.

  4. Slice against the grain and serve with Citrus Teriyaki Glaze.
