KOREAN STYLE SHORT RIBS
INGREDIENTS
1 cup 3 Dragons Kalbi Marinade
2 lbs Korean style short ribs, cut 1/3” to 1/2” thick
Sesame seeds for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Place short ribs and Kalbi Marinade in a large zip-top bag.
Seal and refrigerate for several hours or up to overnight, flipping the ribs over halfway through the marinading time.
Heat your grill to medium high and lightly oil the grate.
Grill the short ribs until the meat is still pink but not red, about 5-6 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with steamed rice.
