ORANGE FLANK STEAK

3 Dragons Sauce Orange Flank Steak

INGREDIENTS

1 cup 3 Dragons Zesty Orange Sauce

1 whole Flank Steak

1 cup Flour

1 cup Corn Flake Crumbs

1 Egg

2tbsp Water

Napa Cabbage, shredded (Optional)

Sesame Seeds (Optional)

Oil for frying

DIRECTIONS

  1. Trim fat from steak and slice diagonally against the grain into 1” x 3” pieces.

  2. In bowl, mix egg and water

  3. In large zip-top bag, mix corn flake crumbs and flour

  4. Place a few pieces of flank steak into flour mixture and shake to coat. Repeat this process until all steak has been coated.

  5. Heat 1” oil in large skillet over medium-high.

  6. Fry pieces of coated flank steak until browned on each side. Drain on paper towels.

  7. Place on serving plate and drizzle with Zesty Orange Sauce

  8. Garnish with cabbage and sesame seeds.
