ZESTY ORANGE SHRIMP
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cup 3 Dragons Zesty Orange Sauce
1 ½ lbs shrimp (shelled and de-veined)
¾ cup flour
1 cup corn starch
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 cup cold water
Oil for frying
DIRECTIONS
Mix flour, corn starch, 1 tbsp oil, baking powder, egg and cold water to make a smooth batter
In a large, deep skillet, heat 1″ of oil to approximately 350 degrees
Dip shrimp in batter to coat, and fry until golden brown on both sides
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels
Toss with Zesty Orange Sauce
