Onion cut into 1” pieces
1 can Pineapple Chunks, drained
Cherry Tomatoes
Bamboo Skewers (soaked in water to prevent burning)
Beef & Chicken (cubed)
Shrimp
for marinade
Use 1/2 cup 3 Dragons Sweet Ginger Teriyaki Sauce per pound of Meat
Beef & Chicken (cubed) – Marinate for 2 Hours
Shrimp – Marinate for 2 Hours.
Reserve Additional Sauce for Basting
DIRECTIONS
Place ingredients in individual bowls and set everything out buffet style
Guests can skewer their own ingredients
Grill kebabs directly over medium-high heat for about 10-15 minutes, turning frequently until Meat is thoroughly cooked
Baste with Additional Sauce as Desired
