3 Dragons Sauce Jade Kebobs

ingredients

3 Dragons Sweet Ginger Teriyaki Sauce

Bell Pepper cut into 1” pieces

Onion cut into 1” pieces

1 can Pineapple Chunks, drained

Cherry Tomatoes

Bamboo Skewers (soaked in water to prevent burning)

Beef & Chicken (cubed)

Shrimp

for marinade

  • Use 1/2 cup 3 Dragons Sweet Ginger Teriyaki Sauce per pound of Meat

  • Beef & Chicken (cubed) – Marinate for 2 Hours

  • Shrimp – Marinate for 2 Hours.

  • Reserve Additional Sauce for Basting

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place ingredients in individual bowls and set everything out buffet style

  2. Guests can skewer their own ingredients

  3. Grill kebabs directly over medium-high heat for about 10-15 minutes, turning frequently until Meat is thoroughly cooked

  4. Baste with Additional Sauce as Desired
