SPICY GINGER FLANK STEAK

3 Dragons Sauce Spicy Ginger Flank Steak

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ cups 3 Dragons Spicy Ginger Teriyaki Sauce

2 lbs Flank Steak

¼ cup oil

2 stalks green onion (Slivered)

2 tbsp sesame seeds (Optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place Steak and 1 cup sauce in a 1-gallon zip top bag, and marinate at least 2 hours

  2. Prepare hot grill and brush racks with oil

  3. Place steak on the hottest part of the grill for 1-2 minutes. Then move steak to a medium heat section of the grill and cook until desired doneness. Internal temperature should reach 125—130 degrees for rare; 140 degrees for medium-rare; 150 degrees for medium

  4. When steak is done to your liking, remove from grill and place on cutting board. Cover with foil and let rest 15 minutes.

  5. Slice steak across the grain and at a diagonal so the slices are wide.

  6. Heat the remainder of the sauce and serve with steak

  7. Garnish with Green Onion and Sesame Seeds
