SWEET & SOUR PORK

INGREDIENTS

1 cup 3 Dragons Classic Sweet & Sour Sauce

½ Lb Pork Tenderloin (Cut into 1” Pieces)

1 Green Pepper (Cut into Pieces)

1 Can Pineapple Chunks (Drained of Liquids)

1 Cup Flour

1 Egg

Oil for Frying

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, beat egg and mix with 2 tbsp water

  2. Add Pork to egg and stir to coat

  3. Place flour in shallow dish. Roll pork in flour to coat

  4. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat

  5. Fry coated pork in oil until golden brown, drain on paper towels

  6. Place pork in serving dish and coat well with Classic Sweet & Sour Sauce

  7. Garnish with green pepper and pineapple chunks.
