KUNG PAO CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup (or to taste) 3 Dragons Sizzling Stir-Fry Sauce

1 ½ lb chicken (boneless, cut to ¾“ pieces)

½ cup onion (Diced)

½ cup celery (Diced)

½ cup zucchini (Diced)

½ cup green pepper (Diced)

½ cup red pepper (Diced)

½ cup roasted peanuts

½ tsp crushed red chili peppers

2 tbsp oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium

  2. Add chicken and stir fry until half done

  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir fry until vegetables are crisp-tender (or desired crunchiness.) About 2-3 Minutes

  4. Coat with Sizzling Stir-Fry Sauce and stir fry an additional 1-2 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
