SESAME TOFU
INGREDIENTS
1 cup 3 Dragons Sesame Chicken Sauce
14 oz extra firm tofu
¼ cup cornstarch
½ cup sesame seeds
1 green onion (cut into 1/2” Pieces)
Oil for frying
DIRECTIONS
Wrap Tofu with paper towel and place heavy plate on top to press out excess liquid.
Pat toful dry, cut into cubes and dust with corn starch.
In a large skillet, heat 1’’ Oil to 350° and stir fry tofu until golden brown, remove from oil and drain on paper towels
Toss tofu with 2/3 cup Sesame Chicken Sauce and serve remainder for dipping
Garnish with sesame seeds & green onion and serve with rice and broccoli
